Practising Positivity with Salesforce

Practising Positivity with Salesforce

You know what they say, ‘Practice makes perfect’ and the same goes for having a positive outlook on the life you lead. In fact, none of us are born with ‘positivity’ ; it’s something that we must learn and practice on a daily basis. By practising positivity, it can have a genuine impact on how we access the tools we need to grow and as a recognised Partner, we are constantly inspired by the Salesforce ecosystem and how positivity & equality are their top core values.

Here’s some positive facts about the Salesforce Ecosystem that we’re sure will inspire you to start practicing positivity this month:

Did you know that for many years, Salesforce has worked to build a workplace that reflects society? Regardless of gender, ethnicity or ability, diversity is celebrated with employees having access to the following Forces:

Equality for All

  • Abilityforce: For the Ability Inclusion
  • Asiapacforce: For the Asia Pacific Community
  • BOLDforce: For the Black Community
  • Earthforce: For the Community for Sustainability
  • Faithforce: For the Community for all Faiths
  • Genforce: For the Intergenerational Community
  • Latinoforce: For the Latin X Community

With so many Forces, we definitely recommend you find out more about what each of the Force Communities support here.

Stronger as Allies

As part of Salesforce’s goal to create Equality for All, it is believed that everyone has a role to play and an Allie system is in place to support individuals. Salesforce Employees are encouraged to Ask, Listen, Show Up and Speak Up as allies to one another. Watch the eye-opening video on Salesforce Allies here.

Salesforce Talent Alliance

The Salesforce Talent Alliance is an initiative that helps talented people get jobs within the Salesforce ecosystem by working exclusively with companies that employ these particular individuals. There are already many organisations out there who are dedicated to training and upskilling individuals looking for a career path in Salesforce but the aim of the Alliance is to onboard more companies that believe in bringing in new Professionals. Want to be a part of the Alliance?

Ohana Culture

Did you know that customers, employees, partners and communities are all recognised as Trailblazers who belong to the Salesforce Ohana? Meaning ‘family’ in Hawaiian, the Ohana culture provides a huge sense of belonging and the ability to collaborate to make the world a better place.

Equality Growth

So far, 43.9% of U.S Salesforce employees is currently made up of underrepresented groups  including women, black, latinx, indigenous, multiracial, LGBTQ+ communities and people with disabilities as well as veterans. The goal is to accelerate this growth to 50% by 2023.

With so many excellent opportunities and inspirational pathways to choose from, we are proud to be a partner in the Salesforce Ohana and strive to ensure that we practice positivity in the workplace always.
