With an opportunity for global growth and an existing 80+ international distribution network, GeoSLAM needed a detailed system that would manage their internal processes from beginning to end. Their system required visuals across lead tracking, sales and distribution network and operations and fulfillment. To achieve maximum efficiency, they needed to monitor the manufacturing processes, manage inventory, procure goods and services, and integrate them into their accounting system, Xero.
Effective AscentERP system support
The Coacto implementation team understood that the GeoSLAM system was being utilised with an AscentERP solution at its heart. As AscentERP partners quickly realized, the system needed to support sales transactions that synchronize with the customer’s chosen accounting platform, Xero, in both directions.
Additionally, the sales system necessitated bespoke product and pricing that was connected to the AscentERP inventory system. This allowed for smooth management of the quote to order process, as well as subsequent stages such as fulfillment and cash processing. A community provided visibility to external distributors.
