Skinade were dedicated to achieving a solution that could effectively manage and track leads from trade shows as well as offer centralised data management for sales, partners and customers. Automation was another key qualification task for cyclical calls to B2B customers. Taking these requirements into consideration, it was clear that Skinade needed a system that could assist with reporting, capturing and managing campaigns, GDPR and key B2B and B2C demographics.
Salesforce Sales Cloud Implementation
With an existing Magneto e-commerce set up and bespoke integration into Xero plus a variety of manual processes, streamlining was essential. Our expert implementation team developed useful lead, sales and marketing campaign processes with centralised data management in Salesforce Sales Cloud. This cloud implementation brought together management, internal and sales functions. Enabling demographic data across leads, customers, partners and sales allow Skinade to have effective cross company reporting. What’s more, the workflow automation of key follow-up and cyclical calls has provided better customer engagement overall.
