Cotswolds Community Group: When Salesforce goes wrong!

Are you a Salesforce Administrator or User in the Gloucestershire area? We’re thrilled to be hosting the Cotswolds Salesforce Admin Group at The Workplace in Cheltenham on Thursday 29th September 2022 from 6pm.

With such incredible speakers lined up for the event including Will Hughes, Amy Oplinger Singh and Penny Townsend it’s going to be full to the brim with knowledge and takeaways…and that’s not including the Indian street food!

This week, our third and final Speaker Spotlight belongs to Penny Townsend whose session will go over what happens when Salesforce goes wrong and how to overcome certain challenges.

Speaker Spotlight: Penny Townsend

15-year Salesforce eco-system veteran Penny Townsend will be joining us in person at our venue in Cheltenham for this event. With 12 Salesforce certifications and superior leadership skills to share, we’re delighted for her to join the community from 7pm on Thursday 29th September 2022.

When Salesforce goes wrong!

Sometimes a project will go like a dream or sometimes it won’t! Penny will explain common Salesforce project faux-pas, how to manage them effectively and how to prevent things going wrong with Salesforce implementations.

Key Takeaways

Hearing from Penny, you will leave with some poignant takeaways:

  • How to ensure Salesforce is working for everyone in a team.
  • How to overcome challenges with implementations.
  • How to prevent further challenges.
