Nominations are open: Salesforce MVP 2021

It’s the most wonderful time of the year… and we’re not talking about Christmas! It’s finally that time of year where Trailblazers can come together to nominate heroes within their communities to be crowned a Salesforce Most Valuable Player (MVP).

What is a Salesforce MVP?

A Salesforce MVP is a lifelong learner who will always go above and beyond to share expertise to help their entire community blaze trails and each year nominations are welcomed to recognise these exceptional leaders annually.

Throughout 2020, the current Salesforce MVPs have risen to all of the challenges that have been encountered and to show gratitude, Salesforce will be renewing their MVP statuses for 2021 as well as welcoming a new class.

Who can you nominate?

It is up to us as the Trailblazer Community to share our gratitude and thanks to those who have provided exceptional support and knowledge this year. If you’re not sure on who to nominate, here are a few pointers to some of the common characteristics that a Salesforce MVP should have:

  • Expertise: It goes without saying that Salesforce MVPs always push themselves to maintain a strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and the technical platforms within it. They’ll often share their expertise through technical sessions, blog posts and other platforms.
  • Leadership: Salesforce MVPs are always looking for new opportunities to innovate and build paths for others Trailblazers to follow suit and are naturally supportive leaders to encourage others to succeed.
  • Generosity: They are quite simply the ultimate connectors and mentors. In addition to their daily roles, they are always there to lend a helping hand to a member of the Salesforce Ohana and other communities.

Submit your nominations

Does someone in your Trailblazer community have the characteristics of a Salesforce MVP? There’s no better way to honour the person who may have helped you achieve that latest certification or land you that new role, than by nominating them to become a Salesforce Most Valuable Player.

Nominations are open and the community is ready to listen to who you think should be in the class of 2021, which is due to be announced early next year – but hurry, you need to submit your nomination here by Tuesday 1st December 2020.
