Salesforce UK: Official Partners for Team GB
We’ve spent the past week fully inspired by the efforts of Team GB at the Tokyo 2021 Olympics and we’re delighted that our friends at Salesforce have been working to bring the fans and the athletes closer together than ever before.
The world’s number one CRM provider, Salesforce announced a long-term marketing partnership with Team GB where they’ll deliver marketing programs for fans and Team GB olympians to connect and engage. What’s more is they also announced as part of NBCUniversal’s bespoke Olympics partnership, that they’ll activate campaigns across Sky Europe including Great Britain over the next seven years.
As part of this new prestigious marketing partnership, Salesforce is expected to engage with millions of sporting fans from around the world encouraging the development of the most engaging fan community for Great Britain. Partnering with Team GB, Salesforce will use data to create hubs and visualisations for fans to engage with. Our favourite GB athletes will also be encouraged to get involved through the online learning platform, Trailhead and encouraged to upskill during and after their triumphant athletic careers.

This exciting announcement builds on Salesforce’s multi-year partnership with Team USA and the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
