Salesforce: Leaders of Gartner Magic Quadrant
Salesforce, the global leaders in CRM have announced this week that they have been recognised by Gartner as a leader in the automation Magic Quadrant… for the fifthteenth time!
Bill Patterson, EVP and GM of CRM Applications at Salesforce touched on the achievement as a testament to the Trailblazers and expressed his pride at the trusted sales solution for teams that help to drive success and accelerate business growth in the new hybrid world.
Each year Gartner conducts research and writes a report using its Magic Quadrant methodology. It is a proven and trusted research methodology that provides a graphical competitive positioning of four types of technology providers in the rapidly growing market – Leaders, Visionaries, Niche Players and Challengers. According to Gartner, Salesforce’s position as a Leader showcases “ability to execute their vision through products, services and demonstrably solid business results, in the form of revenue and earnings. Leaders have significant successful worldwide customer deployments in a wide variety of industries, and with multiple proof points for deployments above 500 users. They demonstrate consistently above-average customer experience levels, product execution scores and sales execution scores.”
Bill Patterson also suggested that companies are going to continue needing innovative tools to engage with their customers and provide new ways to empower teams to work from anywhere. Innovations such as Meetings to enable engaging virtual calls, Einstein Conversation Insights to analyze conversations from video calls, and Global Models for Opportunity Scoring to assist teams with artificial intelligence are going to play a huge part in the positive change towards the way sales teams grow their business for the future.
