The Cotswolds Salesforce User Group is all set for December 2022. With a whole host of interesting speakers, equally interesting content and festive trivia quiz fun it’s worth saving the date!

We are thrilled to have such awesome speakers lined up for our upcoming event including Sam Walley from Stimulus Consulting, Melissa Hill Dees from HandsOn Connect Cloud Solutions and the team at ProvenWorks

This week, our sneak peek goes out to ProvenWorks. Not only are they the official food and drink sponsor for the December event, they’ve also got a super engaging session planned for Cotswolds members.

Speaker Spotlight: ProvenWorks

Founded in 2008, ProvenWorks is one of the longest-established British Salesforce ISV partners. Their expert team work to build solutions exclusively for Salesforce CRM, like AddressTools and SimpleImport, that empower users to be data heroes.

Working with ISVs

ISVs are a core part of the Salesforce Ecosystem – you’ll find thousands of apps on the Salesforce AppExchange! With so many to choose from, how do you know how a good relationship with an ISV should look?

ProvenWorks will give you the inside scoop on how to best work with ISVs from a sales and marketing, support and product, and customer success perspective. With 18 years combined experience in a Salesforce ISV environment, join Ruth, Callum and Beth for an engaging and interactive session at the Cotswolds User Group next month.

Key Takeaways

After the session, you will leave with more knowledge about:

  • What to ask an ISV before deciding to work with them
  • What to avoid when working with an ISV
  • How to have a successful working relationship with an ISV provider
