Salesforce Spring ’23: Product Highlights

We are merely weeks into January and already the Spring ‘23 Product Release preview is live. Salesforce, the world’s number one CRM provider, launches three releases each and every year. These annual, highly anticipated releases contain new and innovative features and are released across the seasons; Spring, Summer and Winter.

Spring ‘23 Product Highlights 

The Spring ‘23 Product Release contains a bunch of fantastic features that will be available from early February. With customers expecting seamless experiences from brands, the Spring ‘23 release is set to provide concrete solutions for businesses, delivering savings and efficiency. Here are some of the products expected to make a huge difference:

Account Discovery: This feature will be a Dashboard built upon CRM Analytics. The main purpose of Account Discovery will be to ensure that data is accessible directly from the account list view. The feature will use Einstein Discovery to provide an out-of-the-box solution for configurable, AI-driven health scores. This can help businesses determine the healthy customer accounts and those who may need a little extra TLC.

Service Process Automation: Firms within the financial services industry will be able to deploy automated processes for common service requests with ease. They’ll also be able to build a process quickly with no to low-code tools or even select a pre-built template.

Insights and Scheduling: Salesforce Contact Centre now includes Einstein Conversation Insights and Scheduling. This will enable contact centre leaders to schedule the right agents across the right channels for the specific query in real time.

Getting prepared for releases

Although the release notes and product highlights are now available, it doesn’t mean that the new features are – not yet anyway. Make sure you are up to speed with all of the release dates and have an understanding of when your Salesforce production instance will be upgraded.

The official release dates for Spring ‘23 will depend on your instance of Salesforce (learn how to determine this here) with the main dates being:

  • 13 January 2023
  • 3 February 2023
  • 10 February 2023
