What to expect from the Salesforce Spring ‘22 Release

It’s that time of year again where Salesforce flourishes it’s tools for digital transformation, as the world’s number one CRM provider prepares for the Spring ‘22 Release. Salesforce is proud to deliver hundreds of innovative features to users across the globe three times each year through seasonal releases in Spring, Summer, and Winter.

The Spring ‘22 Release preview is officially live and for the first time it includes innovations for the relatively new acquisition, Slack. There’s going to be a great variety of updates to features available from 14th February 2022, including hundreds of new products too! Until then, here’s a snapshot to what you can expect from the Salesforce Spring ‘22 Release:

Review revenues with Tableau & Einstein intelligence

Salesforce has been busy pushing even more world-class analytics and AI driven insights from Tableau and Einstein directly into the flow of everyday working. The Revenue Intelligence feature will equip leaders with the required feedback across all customer touch points providing actionable insights. This is available as an add-on purchase with Sales Cloud Enterprise Edition, Unlimited Edition and Performance Edition.

Hash out new ideas with Slack Huddles

Following its successful acquisition back in December, Slack has some exciting new features set for Spring ‘22. Slack Huddles is an always available, audio first way of connecting with colleagues, customers and partners in real time. The idea is that Huddle will recreate the spontaneity of conversations likely had in an office environment to hash out a new idea and take away the fatigue from video calls.

Orchestrate multi-user processes

Orchestrator is going to be generally available to customers with the Spring ‘22 Release. This feature will be key in providing the freedom to automate and optimise complex multi-user processes for both internal and external users. What’s more is the process will require little, or in some cases absolutely no code!

Generate new rules for business automation easily

A powerful new tool will be released as part of the Spring ‘22 Release and will provide ease for business automation processes. The Business Rules Engine will give the power to users to test and execute rules with drag and drop functions, encouraging a no-code interface.
