Our first event for the Cotswold Salesforce User Group is coming up soon on June 6th. The event is set to cater to everyone from the Salesforce.com community, so we have a wide variety of presentations and information. Here’s a look at the agenda so far:

Matt will present and demonstrate SalesTrip, an integrated Travel & Expense application native on Salesforce. Today’s businesses are challenged with employees using multiple system and aggregating spend data into one place. Driven by dynamic CRM data, Matt will show how SalesTrip can increase sales productivity, actionable insights and ROI for your business.

James will be running a regular session at the Cotswolds Salesforce User Group, demonstrating hints, tips and tricks to overcome common challenges for administrators and to bring your Salesforce org to life.

Rescuing an implementation that has gone wrong – Paul Harris

Not all projects start out successful. Paul will be taking a short tour through a customer engagement where 2 Salesforce consultancies had been unable to deliver a working, business engaged system. He’ll look at the journey taken and in particular the lessons learned from both sides of the project.
