There was also little room to manage their progressive business needs and no capacity to integrate with other useful applications. - Ascent ERP implementation: To streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction, Ascent ERP was integrated to unify sales, quoting, and rental processes. This solution provided a comprehensive view of inventory, lead times, and quantities on order, enabling efficient quoting for sales, services, and rental products.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud: Using Sales Cloud, back-to-back sales and purchase order management processes were achieved, ensuring specific trial products were ordered, allocated, and staged appropriately.
- Document Generation: Document generation was automated using Conga to ensure 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, supporting the entire process from contracts and quotes to invoices and loss letters.
- Zenkraft Multi Carrier: An integrated shipping solution with Zenkraft Multi Carrier optimised logistics.
- Finance Applications: Integration with finance applications like QuickBooks and Sage200, facilitated by Codeless Platforms middleware, ensured smooth transactions for the accounting teams, including Avalara AvaTax for tax compliance.
- Customer Experience: A customer portal foundation enabled self-service capabilities for equipment management, quoting, status checks, financial reporting, and support ticketing, significantly enhancing customer autonomy and satisfaction.
