Introducing CRM Analytics

Formerly recognised as Tableau CRM, Salesforce launched CRM Analytics with new innovations that take on AI-powered actionable insights that can be utilised directly into the flow of work. The exciting new technologies are expected to be essential in helping sales and service employees across the financial services, manufacturing and communication industries to deliver more personalised experiences.

Data, analytics and AI are the foundation of every digital enterprise in which functional insights drive business outcomes. Salesforce’s CRM Analytics will enable team leaders to turn their customer-facing teams into trusted advisors with extensive insights.

Innovations to inspire teams

As part of the announcement, Salesforce introduced great new features that can allow effective actions on AI-powered predictions and prescriptive recommendations. 

  • Analytics App for Slack: Following the recent acquisition of Slack, CRM Analytics will ensure data is put at the centre of every conversation. The feature will integrate directly with an employee’s workflow, making analytics more visible, collaborative and actionable.
  • Predictions in Slack: Aggregated predictions from Salesforce Reports will be available directly in the Slack workflow. This will help teams to better analyse customer deals that may require additional nurturing or even invoices that may be delayed.
  • Search Insights: This feature will help all Salesforce customers discover dashboard, dataset and groupings by understanding languages related to searches.
  • Energy & Utilities: Gain a deeper understanding of the energy and utilities sales processes and gather insights on the opportunities that are likely to close. This feature is going to be great at helping reduce quotation times and deliver actionable next steps into the Salesforce workflow.
  • Public Sector Analytics: Learn more about department efficiencies and compliance management with actionable intelligence directly from the Salesforce workflow.
