Philanthropy – Pledge 1%
Coacto is proud to be recognised as a Pledge 1% member – a global corporate philanthropy movement. Founded by Salesforce, the initiative is dedicated to making local and international communities a key stakeholder in every business.
The main goal of Pledge 1% is to encourage and empower companies of all sizes to donate just 1% of their staff time, product, profit or equity to a charity of their choice. This helps companies to be a constant driver of such positive movements, shifting the culture to help companies stand at the forefront of both economic and social change.
As part of our company visions and values, giving back to our local and international communities is something we try to do as often as we can.
As a team, Coacto have provided volunteering time as well as services and financial support to institutions in India, and locally here in Gloucestershire. As a company, we are looking forward to putting more time into helping others in the future.
