The challenge was twofold:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Capture lead data quickly and accurately<\/strong> at the point of contact.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Automate follow-up<\/strong> in a way that felt personal, timely, and effective \u2014 without overwhelming their small team<br><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The Solution: Seamless Integration Across Tools<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We implemented a <strong>fully custom marketing automation solution<\/strong> leveraging Salesforce, Jotform, WhatsApp (via Messente), and Calendly \u2014 bringing together four powerful tools to create one seamless experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Step 1: Lead Capture with Jotform + Salesforce<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At live events, students fill out a digital form using Jotform on a tablet or laptop. Thanks to the Jotform\u2013Salesforce integration, each form submission automatically creates a <strong>Lead record in Salesforce<\/strong> \u2014 no manual entry required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Step 2: Immediate Engagement via WhatsApp<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the Lead is created, the journey begins. Using <strong>Messente\u2019s WhatsApp Business integration<\/strong>, Salesforce triggers an <strong>automated welcome message<\/strong> to the student. For example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If a student engages with a message, they\u2019re moved into a more active follow-up stream.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If there\u2019s no response after 7 days, they\u2019re classified as a \u201ccold lead,\u201d triggering follow-ups after 3 and 6 months instead.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This multichannel approach ensures that students can engage in whatever way feels most comfortable to them.
