As the world\u2019s number one CRM provider, hundreds of new and innovative features are made available to users through seasonal releases in Spring, Summer, and Winter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Release dates for Spring \u201823<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s important to remember that although the release notes are available, it doesn\u2019t mean that the new features are. We\u2019ve included some of our favourite features below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Migrate to Flow Process Builder: <\/strong>The Migrate to Flow tool will officially support the migration of Process Builder. Historically only available to migrate Workflow Rules, the tool can now be utilised to convert Process Builder processes into Flows.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dynamic Forms for Leads and Cases: <\/strong>Originally not expected until Summer \u201823, the Salesforce Dynamic Forms team have confirmed that Dynamic Forms for Leads and Cases will be released as part of Spring \u201823.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Custom Forecast Pages: <\/strong>Forecasting in Sales Cloud will become even more available with the ability to design and build custom forecast pages in the Lightning App Builder. Pages can include standard or custom components, and different layouts can be displayed for different users.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Making the most of your Salesforce CRM<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>New releases often require additional configuration to enable the new innovations to function at maximum capacity.
