Solutions Engineer at Provar Testing, Will Hughes has a wealth of knowledge in intelligent automation, test automation and digital transformation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

During his session, Will is going to demonstrate how Provar can create a quality hub designed to improve release agility, drive down system defects, and advance innovation. It will focus around the individual manual tester to comprehensive QA teams with automated workflows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Amy Oplinger Singh – Salesforce MVP and Client Director<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Insightful, results driven Salesforce MVP alumna and Client Director, Amy Oplinger Singh will be delivering a virtual session at this user group on how to positively deal with challenges around imposter syndrome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Amy will explain everything there is to know about imposter syndrome, how it affected her journey, and what she\u2019s learned from other Salesforce professionals who have dealt with these feelings. Definitely a great session to tune in for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Penny Townsend – Partner & Global Lead at IBM<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

15-year Salesforce eco-system veteran Penny Townsend has 12 Salesforce certifications and superior leadership skills to share. Penny\u2019s session, which will be delivered in person at our venue in Cheltenham, will detail the process of when Salesforce goes wrong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Often a project will go like a dream, week after week of green RAG reports only to go off the rails at UAT. How and why does this happen? Penny will explain how to manage and prevent things going wrong with Salesforce implementations. This session is a must for implementation partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
