We were blown away by the calibre of sessions delivered by none other than Amanda Beard-Neilson, Gemma Blezard and Francis Pindar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The evening was full of interesting outlooks and inspiring journeys and we wanted to share some of the top points from each of the sessions. This week, we\u2019re starting off with Amanda Beard-Neilson and her thoughts on how to create a Salesforce centre of excellence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Amanda Beard-Neilson, the incredible Salesforce all-rounder<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Amanda is a key part of the UK Salesforce community. Not only do her accreditations include being a Salesforce MVP, and author of the Udemy course \u2018Delivering successful Salesforce Projects\u2019 but they also stretch to being the co-organiser of Europe\u2019s largest Salesforce event, London&#8217;s Calling and the London Admins Groups. Plus, in her self-confessed \u2018spare time\u2019 she works for Capgemini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It was awesome to have Amanda deliver the first session of 2022 and a brand new session at that! We don\u2019t want to share too much of the fine details as it is currently under wraps for other great events like London\u2019s Calling and the like but here a few takeaways in which you are welcome to ponder:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Creating a Salesforce centre of excellence<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During Amanda\u2019s session she explained the need to create a centre of excellence particularly when a Salesforce implementation has been completed. Amanda also shared the relevant steps required to transform the chaos into calm by developing departments, processes and governance.
