2021 has been far from normal but interesting improvements have been reached pushing us further towards the world we once knew pre-pandemic. Throughout the year, Coacto has experienced positive shifts with outstanding outcomes and as the festive period approaches, we would like to share some of our favourite highlights from 2021 with you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our positive moments from 2021<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

London\u2019s Calling Sponsorship<\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

For a second year running, Coacto was proud to sponsor the London\u2019s Calling<\/a> event. For 2021, the event was organised and held in a completely virtual capacity. Although it was virtual, the event timings were incredibly precise and remained a hub of incredible Salesforce related content. We can\u2019t wait to join the event for 2022 as it moves from a virtual to physical event. Taking place at The Brewery in London, we\u2019re delighted to be sponsoring for the third time but this time with an event room. Organise your London\u2019s Calling experience.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Introducing Charlotte Townsend<\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

In April 2021, we worked closely with the team at LDN Apprenticeships<\/a> to develop an opportunity for a Salesforce Apprentice to join our team. The competition was incredibly tight with so many excellent candidates however Charlotte Townsend blew us away with her enthusiasm and drive – and the rest as they say, is history! Charlotte has been going from strength to strength providing support on customer implementation projects and working to document her journey through her Apprentice Hoots blogs<\/a>. Over the next 12 months, Charlotte will continue to work towards her Level 4 IS Business Analyst and Salesforce Certified Administrator credential and we\u2019ll be right there rooting for her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Continuing our solution videos<\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

It provides us with great pleasure when we help businesses innovate and improve their existing Salesforce platform or completely transform their business processes by implementing a CRM system from scratch. Due to the technical nature of some of the projects we deliver, this year we continued developing effective solution videos. The videos have provided a great way for us to share the challenges some of our customers faced and explain the solutions in more detail for any other business who may be experiencing the same issues. Check out our latest videos on how we developed an existing Salesforce system<\/a> and how we worked with a customer to upgrade an internal application process<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Introducing Stuart Manning<\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

In November 2021, we collaborated with LDN Apprenticeships<\/a> once again to welcome another valuable individual into our team. Stuart Manning joined Coacto in late November and has already had some incredible input into developing the visions, values and cultures of the business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cyber Runway Grow Member<\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Innovation company, Plexal, recently revealed details of the 108 cyber entrepreneurs, startups, SMEs and scaleups joining the Cyber Runway accelerator programme. Coacto was delighted to be included as part of Cyber Runway accelerator programme in the Grow stream to encourage positive growth for our business in the UK. Along with 68 other startups and SMEs, we are looking forward to receiving top notch support to help us address growing pains, access funding and achieve commercial success to enable us to continue providing CRM and ERP implementation services to our customers. Salesforce Community Groups <\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

We are proud to be the Group Leaders of the Cotswolds Salesforce Community User Group<\/a>. Although this year all of our events have been solely virtual, this has had no impact on our community spirit – in fact our community has grown to be an international affair! Our thanks and appreciation goes out to all of the inspiring speakers that we have been lucky enough to host this year and to our members for always joining in the fun. See you in 2022 for our first hybrid event in February 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are delighted to have had such positive shifts with outstanding outcomes throughout 2021 and are ready to see what 2022 brings. But for now it is time for us all to take some time out, relax, reflect and celebrate. Find out our festive office hours below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
