But, with so many useful functionalities launched in the latest release, we didn\u2019t have enough room to list them all in our blog. Over the past two weeks, we\u2019ve shared some of our favourites in our featured five blogs. If you haven\u2019t already we highly suggest you check them out below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/3CdXope\">Winter \u201822 Featured Five: Flows, Message and Dynamic Gauges<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.coacto.co.uk\/winter-22-release-featured-five\/\">Winter \u201822 Featured Five: Forecasting and Orchestrating<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Now\u2019s the time to share our final featured five of Coacto\u2019s Winter \u201822 Release favourites:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>New mobile homepage<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This feature was previously only available in beta but now the \u2018Mobile Home\u2019 feature is available for both Android and iOS users and provides Salesforce mobile users with <a href=\"https:\/\/help.salesforce.com\/s\/articleView?language=en_US&amp;type=5&amp;release=234&amp;id=release-notes.rn_mobile_home_autoenable.htm\">a new homepage<\/a> and the ability to customise the visual aspects that are displayed with the content they care about most.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Restriction rules<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong> <\/strong>Although restriction rules were first launched as part of the Summer \u201821 release, they are a feature that deserves attention. Restrictions rules were only able to be opened with access to Salesforce, which meant if someone wanted to restrict access, everyone would need to have their access revoked and then sharing features would allow them to regain access &#8211; long winded we know! Now users can develop rules that specifically control a subset of records and specified groups to see. It has also been announced that scoping rules are now available to remove unnecessary records when users are searching.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Email templates<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The email template builder has received some major updates as part of the Winter \u201822 release. Users are now able to send even better looking emails with the use of <a href=\"https:\/\/help.salesforce.com\/s\/articleView?language=en_US&amp;type=5&amp;release=234&amp;id=release-notes.rn_sales_productivity_email_template_row_layout.htm\">rows and columns<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/help.salesforce.com\/s\/articleView?language=en_US&amp;type=5&amp;release=234&amp;id=release-notes.rn_sales_productivity_email_template_column_padding.htm\">column padding<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/help.salesforce.com\/s\/articleView?language=en_US&amp;type=5&amp;release=234&amp;id=release-notes.rn_sales_productivity_email_template_indent.htm\">indentations<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/help.salesforce.com\/s\/articleView?language=en_US&amp;type=5&amp;release=234&amp;id=release-notes.rn_sales_productivity_email_template_subject.htm\">longer subject lines<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>List emails<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong> <\/strong>This feature offers a great way for sales representatives to send their own email marketing directly out from the Salesforce platform. Previously, emails had to be sent using Salesforce which led to particular issues like the email looking like it was from a system and not an individual. Salesforce is now running a pilot feature that allows users to send emails using their own email provider such as Gmail. Learn more with <a href=\"https:\/\/help.salesforce.com\/s\/articleView?id=sf.email_list_email_create.htm\">this handy resource.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Upcoming and overdue activities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a vital part of ensuring that users get a quick overview of previous communication and tasks. Salesforce has now provided an option to \u2018sort order\u2019. Users will now be able to show newest, upcoming or overdue activities first or to show the oldest first.&nbsp; Since tasks are the oxygen of getting things done, we really like anything that makes it easier to manage tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>That\u2019s a wrap on our Salesforce Winter \u201822 Release featured five blogs &#8211; we hope you enjoyed them.
