This week however our Speaker Spotlight<\/em> belongs to Neil Procter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Speaker Spotlight: Neil Procter<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Neil is a technology leader, with a focus on enterprise-level Salesforce.com CRM\/Digital transformation. As the Global Head of Customer Platform at Hive UK he has a strong focus in linking the Salesforce platform to wider digital transformation initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Hive Technology Journey<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n During his session, Neil will explain how Hive built up a technology landscape since 2013 with Salesforce at the core, culminating in being part of the headline at the Salesforce World Tour and keynote at Dreamforce. Over time he introduced more Salesforce products and other tech and the session will provide an overview of that journey, what worked, what didn’t, and how the team is helping wider British Gas on their new transformation journey.
