Our journey\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Born in 2016, Coacto was once a one person business working with companies across the UK to provide an effective Salesforce consultancy service. Fast forward to 2020 and one person has grown into a diverse team that is delivering sales, service and community cloud and ERP implementations across the UK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over the past four years, the company has been on an incredible journey building its knowledge and expertise to continually develop positive relationships with our customers and partners. Our ERP and manufacturing practice has grown too and we are helping customers connect their e-commerce and sales, to their operations, warehouse and fulfilment process and even into their accounting systems – a lead to cash solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Giving back…<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019re big believers in giving back to local and international communities whenever we can. That\u2019s why in 2016 in our first year we made the commitment to sign up with Pledge1%<\/a>, a corporate philanthropy movement dedicated to making the community a key stakeholder in business. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of this, our team have volunteered their time for local schools, a riding centre for the disabled and raised money for local charities in Gloucestershire such as the National Star Centre<\/a>, Family Space<\/a>, Cheltenham Open Door<\/a>. Our team also supported a tech start up company in India to ensure that they were able to get a better start to launching their business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Moving forward…<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a company, Coacto was built with a great team in mind and they and our solid partnerships continue to help us deliver business solutions and success to our highly valued customers. We\u2019re really looking forward to what will surely be an interesting year ahead especially as we look to pivot our ideas to deal with the current situation and align that to our growth goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Make a wish\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A birthday isn\u2019t complete without making a wish, and ours is pretty simple. We hope that we have another amazing year that ends with accomplishing some great goals. We love setting goals here at Coacto and throughout the next year we pledge to continue working hard to help our customers achieve success on their targets as well as encourage people to make some small changes to their lifestyles to improve the environment through our Year of Change blog series. We are also looking forward to starting a weekly Friday Feeling feature across our social media channels to spread positivity to our customers, partners and followers – So be sure to follow us on Twitter<\/a>, Facebook<\/a> and LinkedIn<\/a> and keep your eyes peeled!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
