Hopefully there is something in here that be useful. If you were also at World Tour and have any takeaways you\u2019d like to share, we\u2019d love to hear from you! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Gary &#8211; <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Workbench is a great Open Source tool for Admins\nas well as Developers, it\u2019s great for finding, querying and manipulating data\nin a different way to using Salesforce itself. <a href=\"http:\/\/workbench.developerforce.com\">http:\/\/workbench.developerforce.com<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Use <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/blog\/2018\/09\/lightning-object-creator-spreadsheets-into-apps.html\">Salesforce&#8217;s Lightning Object Creator<\/a> to speed up the creation of objects from spreadsheets allowing offline processes currently built on spreadsheets to be transformed into modern cloud applications quickly and easily.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Paul \u2013 <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>David Walliams was the keynote speaker and had a great message for us all: We have two hands, one to help ourselves and a second to help others.<br> <\/li><li>Identify key desired outcomes and measure your project success against them.<br> <br> <\/li><li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.digitaljournal.com\/tech-and-science\/technology\/9-out-of-10-digital-transformation-projects-will-fail\/article\/499314\">90% of projects<\/a> can fail to achieve expected levels of digital transformation due to human and operational reasons. Make sure you have the right skills and talent, have a plan, manage change, align business and IT, set expectations, consider siloed data and execute and measure against the plan!<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Susannah &#8211; <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Optimising websites to fit mobile is becoming increasingly\nmore important.
